Hi Everyone! This is an addition many of you have been waiting for!
The path to be a Master Trainer is long and tough, but there are people who have conquered the challenges and proudly display all the badges currently available in game. To these trainers and to all others who strive to become Master Trainers, the champion NPCs of each region have appeared to challenge the best of the best! The rewards for completing these champion quests are the rare and exclusive Champion Form Pokemon!
In order to take part in the regional master quest series, you must be TL 100 and you must have all the gym badges from the 4 regions. If you do, you will be able to speak to an NPC at Lightfall City A2 (you should be able to find him easily, he’s a bit of a stalker). The NPC will transport you to the first of the champion maps and when you complete the quest of the map champion, you will be given a special item that grants you access to the next area. There are four champion areas in total, and four different Champion Form Pokemon for you to collect.
This is a permanent side-quest addition to the game, so it will always be there for you to strive for.
Best of luck to you all and have fun!
For those of you in need of doing more quests, the second half of the Sinnoh region is now released! The rest of the Sinnoh Pokemon will also be released into the Pokedex as well within the next 48 hours. Have fun!
Some parts of Johto are now open for you to explore! To get to Johto you need to be at least Trainer Level 25, have all the Kanto gym badges and have at least 2 friend referrals. Talk to the Ship Captain at Emerald City A4 to initiate the travel sequence.

The Routes leading up to the city hosting the 7th badge (which includes Sand Tide Cave, Route 52 and Summer Ray City) is now open. You can access it if you are Trainer Level 19 and have the badge from SandCove City. Speak to the guard blocking the cave at SandCove City A2.
Also if you missed the previous blog entry, we are having a 1 month PI anniversary mini-celebration. The entry also provides information about eggs, Trainer Houses and Daily rewards so I encourage those who haven’t read it yet to go and check it out!
Have a great weekend!
The ‘Headbutt Tree’ mini-quests have been officially released!
Randomly scattered throughout the game maps are trees that are labeled “Headbutt Tree” when you walk near them. These are special trees that contain a mini quest that will allow you to obtain a Pokemon, item, money or exp. In order to successfully complete these quests you must have the quest item “Special Headbutt TM” which can be purchased from the Poke Mart for 5,000 coins. Note that these headbutt trees use the TM quest item, you do not need a Pokemon that knows the move headbutt to do these tree quests.
Also, for those of you actively pursuing badges, the route and cave leading up to SandCove City (Badge #6) has been opened. Enjoy!
Now that we have a solid plan of attack regarding the levels of quests and NPCs in this game, we will be doing an overhaul of quest levels over the next couple of days, and soon the entire Kanto region will be free for you to explore. You will notice the quest level requirements for gyms and such significantly drop, but not to worry, these levels will be made up in more challenging quests in the future areas.
Many of you were also inquiring about the “headbutt trees” all over the maps. These trees are a fun side quest similar to the fishing spots, but they are still under construction and so none of their quests are active yet. We will notify you when these trees are ready for attacking.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we improve the beta version of this game!
